In April we worked with WestLB Systems Marketing Department to create a one day conference for London based staff.

Our role was to provide design, technical production and event management - this included finding a venue close to the City capable of supporting live internet access, designing the stage set, providing lighting, AV, entertainment and co-ordinating the event from start to finish. A key feature of the design was to create four communication islands to facilitate dialogue between WestLB staff and senior managers responsible for key areas of development.

After a series of presentations the staff had free access to these communication islands before canapés and drinks were served.

Exhibition hostesses conducted a survey to assess the immediate impact and effectiveness of the event. Guests were asked to comment on everything from the suitability of the venue, the content of the presentations, the food and the entertainment.
